When will pre-ordered items arrive?
We will make the best effort possible to mail out pre-orders so that they will arrive by the official release date. However, due to potential shipping delays, we cannot guarantee delivery date. Items ordered in advance will be charged at the time of purchase. We appreciate your understanding.
How long will it take for my items to arrive?
We send all domestic and international shipments under 13 ounces via First Class Mail through the United States Postal Service. For larger orders, United States Postal Service Priority Mail will be utilized. After your order is completed, shipments will generally take 5-10 days to arrive in the continental United States. For international shipments, delivery time varies by destination. We cannot guarantee delivery dates due to potential shipping delays once the merchandise leaves our warehouse.
Can I get my item sent expedited mail?
We do not currently offer expedited mail services.
I am an international customer. Will I have to pay customs duties or other taxes or fees on my order?
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior buying. SIGNREVERSE and Caldo Verde Records are not responsible for any charges that may be levied by your government after you have placed your order.
